Building the Will and Skill to Lead Your Team
Leading a high-performing team is no easy feat. Plenty of authors share models for this work but rarely guide a leader in the practices that can make a difference.
In this presentation, we will review some of the skills, attitudes and approaches that make a difference, emphasizing relationship building, coaching behaviours and the skills for tough conversations that you can utilize to guide your team toward excellence.
A major emphasis to this workshop will be having the will to break down the door to the important work that needs to be done, while providing you the skills to do it in a manner that builds relationships and honours your people.
