About me
Jenni Dimos is a Program Manager for Compassionate Intervention – Youth, with Recovery Alberta. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing Degree (BScPN) and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing both clinical expertise and systems‑level leadership to her work. With extensive experience across mental health, addictions, and complex systems of care, Jenni approaches her work through a strong trauma‑informed, patient‑centered, and family‑inclusive lens.
Jenni has spent her career supporting adults, youth, and families experiencing significant mental health and substance‑related challenges. Her current work focuses on program development and implementation for compassionate intervention for youth across the province. She is deeply engaged in building programs that balance safety with compassion, and accountability with connection. Her work is grounded in a belief that young people deserve care systems that are compassionate, responsive, and designed to support healing, safety, and long‑term well‑being.
